Lindsey Ferland
Administrator
I have been in long term care for 20 years. I started in 2005 as an LNA with the goal of going to nursing school. I was given the opportunity to grow on the business side of the nursing home and worked HR/Payroll, Business Office, and Admissions for many years before deciding that I wanted to go back to school. I received my Bachelor’s in Business with a Minor in HR in 2020. I was accepted into an Administrator in Training program while also working as Social Services. I received my Nursing Home Administrator license in 2022. I love interacting with the elderly and hearing the different life stories they have experienced. I will always work in long term care.I came to the Gill Odd Fellows Home in 2024 as the Director of Resident Relations and couldn’t be happier that I get to continue to help residents and their families.

January Reichert
Director of Nursing
I began in long term care in 2011 after working primarily in a hospital setting. Initially, I had not planned to have a career focused in long term care, however, after my first year in this setting, I felt I had found my calling. I enjoy being a voice for the elderly and their families by advocating for those that can no longer advocate for themselves. I take pride in knowing my residents, their histories as well as their plans of care almost by heart. Being at the Gill Home has been the best 8.5 years of my professional career.
